Fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse
The four horse men mentioned in Revelation are white, fiery red, black and pale. The white horse had War riding him. The fiery red horse’s rider had the power to remove peace and make people kill each other. The black horse had a rider that carried scales. The rider on the pale horse was death.
The fifth horse I am referring to is all four horsemen put together. The white horse is the war raging within the mind. The fiery red horse takes the peace away leading into depression, the black horse is coming to the conclusion of worthless. The pale horse are the suicidal thoughts. Some days are just that dark.

I read something the other day that I have been contemplating ever since. It is from Lao Tzu. Be present now at this moment and peace can be found. Easier said than done...
